Taxis
There are many taxi (cab) companies offering transportation in Leeds & Grenville. For a fee, they will pick you up wherever you want, and then drive you to where you want to go. The price appears on a meter in the front, beside the driver. If the meter is not on, you should ask the driver how much the trip will cost before they start driving.

Every Kid In Our Communities Transportation Pilot Project
Every Kid In Our Community piloted a project that provided door-to-door transportation for people of all ages living in the Merrickville/Wolford, Rideau Lakes, Westport, Seeley’s Bay, and Lyndhurst area. Residents of a participating community were eligible to use the EKIOC Transportation service.
As follow up to this project, a transportation needs assessment is being completed, with the goal of an improved service. For more information on the EKIOC Transportation Pilot Project or the currently ongoing transportation needs assessment, please contact Sue Watts 613-498-2111-229 or the Transportation Research Staff at transportation@eecentre.com or 613- 498-2111 -371.
